About the Champions of Magic magicians

Alex McAleer is a mentalist from the UK who has made many appearances on international television in Britain, the United States and Australia. He is a successful author and has given lectures to students, mentalists and magicians.

Fernando Velasco is an escape artist who was born in Mexico and immigrated to California. His love for magic pushed him to learn from some of America's greatest illusionists at Hollywood Magic Castle.

Kayla Drescher is an American magician who breaks all concepts of reality with her close-up magic. She has won various awards, including the Society of American Magician's Presidential Citation award, and has appeared on both Penn & Teller: Fool Us and The Today Show.

Young and Strange, from the UK, are the only duo in Champions of Magic. They met at the age of 8, and their love for magic has kept them close ever since. Being on a tight budget forced them to innovate and create their own unique illusions and tricks. They also have a large online presence thanks, in part, to the video-bombing of Sky News that went viral and received over 20 million views in the first few days.
